Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up for a platform, we earn a commission. You pay exactly the same price you'd pay going there directly. Nothing is added to your bill.
That money covers the subscriptions we test. Every platform we review gets paid for out of pocket first — a real account, a real month, the tier most people would actually choose. Commissions are how that stays possible without a paywall or ads for things we don't use.
What it doesn't buy
A commission never decides a score, a ranking, or a sentence in a review. The tester doesn't know the payout rate, and the writer doesn't either. We've told partners plainly that paying more doesn't move them up the page, and we've published critical findings about platforms we earn from — slow refunds, vague privacy language, features that didn't work on a normal connection.
We don't accept payment for coverage, sponsored posts, or a guaranteed mention. Not offered, not taken.
How to spot the links
Every button that sends you to a partner platform is a commercial link. There are no other outbound links on this site. If a page ever has one that isn't, we'll mark it.
Questions about any of this go to [email protected]. We'll answer straight.
